PROBLEM: 

Ø During the rainfall season dam and small reservoirs release the excess water, sometimes it become large flood on shore areas.

Ø People lose their life and wealth.

SOLUTION:

·        When water reaches high flood level people get, intimation of water level.

·        By using IBM BLUEMIX platform text message app reaches people on the locality.

·        Peoples are ported to safest zone ,where a place free from flood.

DESCRIPTION:

·         Water sensor placed at a place of outlet excess water ,it sensing the depth and volume of water.

·         Collected data are further processed and match data with criteria ,which is already feed into cloud.

·         When it is in safer limit, it do nothing.

·         Rather it is in inverse condition (danger) it send an automated           sms to the people lived in locality.

·         Peoples phone number gathered from adhaar card on the locality already feed into cloud.

·        On receiving the sms people get ported to safest area.

USAGE:

It create an awareness of flood on
the shore living peoples.

Without using any social media people
know about the flood.

 Person who engaged with this system can
know about flood, incase they not on a locality (anywhere).

FUTURE
SCOPE:

In future people will not suffer like
Chennai flood and cavery river bank floods.

 Present siren intimation is replaced
by sms or automated call intimation.
